The Sales Coordinator - COAM is a critical operational role on our Emerging Payments team, sitting at the intersection of sales, compliance, and operations. This person will own the onboarding pipeline for new COAM store locations, driving each application from submission to installation-ready with speed, accuracy, and accountability. Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support, operations coordination, or project coordination role
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms; comfortable uploading documents, updating deal stages, and running pipeline views
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - you can manage 50+ concurrent applications without dropping the ball
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and external follow-up
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
