    Sales Coordinator

    What will you do:

    • Process sales orders for assigned customer groups and serve as the primary internal support resource for customers, regional sales managers, sales representatives, and related departments.

    • Coordinate the complete sales order process from quotation through shipment, invoicing, and project completion while ensuring exceptional customer service.

    • Prepare and process quotations based on customer inquiries and business requests.

    • Coordinate delivery schedules, review contracts, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

    • Maintain knowledge of product availability, product updates, and changes to product offerings.

    • Process purchase orders, sales orders, order confirmations, receiving documents, and other related sales documentation.

    • Coordinate technical specifications and manage custom product specification processes, including service requests and item transfers.

    • Prepare and process transportation and shipping documents, including commercial invoices, shipping instructions, packing lists, air waybills, transportation bookings, and delivery information.

    • Support order closing processes, including invoice preparation, payment tracking, return merchandise authorization (RMA) processing, and order status management.

    • Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.

    • Provide reception and customer support assistance as needed.

    • Develop and maintain system knowledge through internal and external training programs.

    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in sales support, customer service, account management, or a related field.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling customer and business information.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.

    • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred.

    • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial equipment, or machine sales environment preferred.

    • Ability to work overtime with short notice based on business requirements.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
