Key Responsibilities:
- Support export sales operations, including quotations, order management, and distributor coordination
- Provide customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product knowledge
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, logistics, and accounting teams
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key partners in Latin America
- Manage export documentation and shipping processes
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to identify growth opportunities
- Travel (approximately 15-20%) to support client visits and market development
- Exposure to international sales and global market development
- Opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
- Hands-on experience in export operations and cross-border business
