️ RN Nurse Lead – Labor & Delivery

We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Lead for the Labor & Delivery department in Templeton, California. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced L&D nurse with strong clinical skills and prior supervisory experience.
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule Type: Rotating / No set schedule
Active California RN License
BLS Certification – Required
ACLS Certification – Required
NRP Certification – Required
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification (within the last 2 years) – Required
5+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Charge Nurse experience – Required
Provide leadership and oversight for the Labor & Delivery nursing team during night shifts
Coordinate patient care and staffing assignments
Support clinical decision-making and patient safety initiatives
Assist with high-risk deliveries and emergent situations
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Mentor and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care
