If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love diving into data to uncover what really moves the needle, this could be your perfect next step.What you will be doing Own and enhance the operational strategy for our Field Sales team to drive scalable growthBuild and maintain sophisticated Excel-based models for performance tracking, forecasting, and planningAnalyze sales data to identify insights, surface opportunities, and guide strategic decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and GTM teams to align goals and optimize performanceDevelop and maintain clear, actionable reporting to keep leadership informed and empoweredWhat we are looking for 3+ years of experience in Revenue/Business/Customer Operations, FP&A, Consulting, or Investment BankingAdvanced Excel skills—you're fast, precise, and comfortable building dynamic modelsA sharp analytical mind with the ability to separate noise from signal and turn insights into actionNaturally curious with a passion for understanding the “why” behind data trendsHighly organized, self-motivated, and dependable—you always follow throughAt Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role's estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $87,200 - $130,800.
