    We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Resident Dining & Hospitality Manager (Entry-Level Manager) to lead daily front-of-house dining operations in our senior living community. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into management while staying actively involved in the dining room, supporting staff, and creating meaningful experiences for our residents.

    As Resident Dining & Hospitality Manager, you'll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors by delivering exceptional dining experiences, fostering meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

    Your Role:

    As the Resident Dining & Hospitality Manager, you provide operational leadership and support to the Director of Culinary Services and serve as second in charge during the Director's absence. You supervise dining room operations and wait staff while maintaining a high-quality, positive, and safe physical and social dining environment for residents and guests.

    What You'll Do:

    • Oversee daily dining room operations and resident dining experience
    • Support staffing schedules, callouts, and daily assignments
    • Provide hands-on coaching and training to servers and bartenders
    • Be actively present during meal service, assisting staff and engaging residents
    • Help resolve service issues and ensure resident satisfaction
    • Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and readiness
    • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
    • Communicate staffing needs and support team accountability

    What We're Looking For:

    • Restaurant, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred
    • Prior leadership or shift lead experience a plus (not required)
    • Strong communication and team leadership skills
    • Positive attitude and hands-on approach
    • Passion for working with seniors and service excellence
    • ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct supervision to wait staff and other assigned team members to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery.
    • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
    • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in fine dining or high-end food service.
    • At least two (2) years of supervisory or management experience including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and daily operational oversight.
    • Current State and/or Federal Food Handling and Sanitation certification required.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining service excellence and compliance standards.
