    You’ll collaborate with a deep bench of attorneys handling sophisticated real estate, corporate, and finance matters across industries including banking, real estate, health care, construction, technology, and development.

    Ā About the Role

    You’ll represent a diverse client base — public entities, developers, corporations, nonprofits, and property owners — on a wide range of complex transactions, including:

    • Purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties
    • Development and disposition agreements
    • Real estate financing and public-private partnerships (P3s)
    • Ground leases, easements, and condemnation matters
    • CEQA, land use entitlements, and environmental compliance support

    You’ll take the lead on deals, work alongside partners known for mentorship and collaboration, and enjoy the support of a firm that truly values balance and flexibility.

    ļøĀ What You Bring

    • 5–10 years of real estate or land use experience (transactional focus preferred)
    • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
    • Experience representing public entities or private developers is highly valued
    • Active California Bar membership in good standing
    • A proactive, client-centered mindset and desire to grow your practice
