Job Description
- Source top-tier administrative talent using internal ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidate qualifications while maintaining detailed notes and compliance standards.
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time direct-hire administrative roles, from job intake to offer negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, conducting needs assessments, providing market insights, and building long-term partnerships.
- Own account management, including managing job requisitions, delivering candidate shortlists, and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Work efficiently across high-volume and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, documentation, and data accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed on local and national hiring trends within administrative support, offering insights to both candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development goals and maximize revenue potential.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Consultant (360 Desk) should have:
- 1-3+ years of agency recruitment experience, sales experience, or business development experience,
- Proven success in a fastpaced, metricsdriven environment with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage client relationships and job intake conversations.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including use of: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, Networking and passive candidate strategies
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Motivated, resilient, and commercially minded-comfortable working toward targets and revenue goals.
