In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance by implementing rigorous quality control processes and conducting comprehensive inspections. Your expertise will help maintain our commitment to excellence, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about quality management, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections for company products to determine conformance with specifications.Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, micrometers, and calipers.Use CMM.Read and interpret customer prints, drawings, and specifications.Process associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material documents.Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.Assist in preparation of quality sheets and CMM programs.Other duties may be assigned as required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge in QS and ISO standards is recommended.CMM knowledge and one to three years of blueprint reading preferred.Knowledge and skills in standard mechanical and electrical instruments and functional gauges.Knowledge of GD&T.Knowledge of industry standards (SAE ASME, ANSI, AMS, ASTM, FED-STD, MIL) preferred.Experience in Microsoft programs required.Physical RequirementsThe employee must occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
