    Project Consultant 3

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Contract- 3 years

    Job Summary

    The Project Consultant 3 is a highly experienced professional with 20+ years of expertise in construction project management. This role involves overseeing and managing construction projects of all sizes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project scheduling, and team coordination.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Management & Execution
    • Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
    • Coordinate, schedule, and supervise multiple field teams working on different projects simultaneously.
    Client & Vendor Relations
    • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients, vendors, employees, and subcontractors.
    • Provide accurate project estimates to clients.
    • Attend bid meetings and conduct site checks to assess project requirements.
    Safety & Compliance
    • Plan and conduct team safety meetings to ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
    Qualifications
    Education & Experience
    • Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering preferred (other degrees may be considered).
    • 20+ years of experience in a related field.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
    Skills & Expertise
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and team members.
    • Experience in budget management, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
    • Thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
