The Company offers a wide range of critical components and engineered solutions that connect, protect, and purify our world.RoleThe Production Planning Analyst supports Mativ's Supply Chain team by executing daily production planning activities to help ensure customer demand is met. This role focuses on data gathering, basic analysis, and system execution to support the planning team.This position works closely with planning, procurement, and operations to help maintain accurate schedules, monitor capacity, and provide timely information for decision‑making.Responsibilities And ExpectationsSupport the S&OP process by gathering and preparing data inputs for reporting and reviewAssist the planning team with daily schedule updates, order changes, and rerouting of production as neededMonitor and review basic capacity data to help identify constraints or gaps and communicate findings to the planning teamPerform routine reporting and data pulls using ERP systems, Excel, and Power BIAssist with month‑end inventory activities, including inventory reserve analysis and data validationMaintain and update production planning data in ERP systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with operationsTrack and report on key planning metrics such as schedule attainment, service levels, and lead timesSupport troubleshooting of production or supply issues by gathering relevant data and coordinating with the broader teamProvide backup support across the planning team to ensure continuity of day‑to‑day operationsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and streamline routine planning processesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to work with and update reports)Experience with PowerPoint and Power BI is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsSelf‑motivated with a willingness to learn and growWhat We OfferMativ benefits say a lot about how we care for each other.
