Production Coordinator West Palm Beach AtelierWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. Each piece is created in our West Palm Beach atelier and offered through our boutiques in Palm Beach, Southampton, and Boca Raton, with continued growth ahead.About The RoleBased in our West Palm Beach atelier, the Production Coordinator will support all aspects of the production lifecycle—from development through final delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all stages of garment production to ensure timelines, quality, and cost targets are metCreate and manage purchase orders, BOMs, and cutting tickets with accuracySource and order fabrics and trims, ensuring timely delivery to factories and workroomsMaintain detailed work‑in‑progress (WIP) logs, trim charts, and production tracking systemsCommunicate with domestic and overseas factories to monitor progress and resolve issuesReview garments for quality control, ensuring alignment with specifications and brand standardsEvaluate swatches, lab dips, and fabric submissions for color and quality accuracyParticipate in fit sessions and collaborate with the design teamTrack shipments and manage logistics to ensure on‑time deliveryOversee preparation and shipment of patterns and samplesManage custom order logs and ensure timely completionSupport inventory tracking and stock level managementAssist with cost negotiations and production efficiencyQualifications3+ years of experience in luxury garment production or manufacturingStrong technical understanding of garment construction and production processesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environmentExperience with BOMs, cutting tickets, QC processes, and factory coordinationComfortable working with both domestic and overseas manufacturersProactive, solution‑oriented mindsetSewing knowledge is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageA collaborative, growth‑oriented environmentThe opportunity to be part of a brand rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
