Contact us to find out more!General Summary:Supervise and coordinate activities of all production and production support workers involved in the repair process. Sort out items that cannot be repaired in-house and route to appropriate department. Assign and distribute work to technicians as required. Coordinate and process evaluations, approvals, and returns as required per customer instructions. Assist repair technicians with procedures and lend assistance as needed.
