Production CoordinatorFirst American is looking for a Production Coordinator to support a dynamic, fast‑paced Production team. The role ensures deals are assigned and handled in a timely manner, contributing to the dream of home ownership.ResponsibilitiesProvides a wide range of support to the Production team.Assists with final policy preparation, policy review, and policy‑related processes.Provides recording support, including e‑recording, recording follow‑up, and backup coverage for recording functions.Assists new and existing customers with questions and concerns about Watermark Title's products and services.Assists in preparing monthly production reports.Follows processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed, and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.Qualifications1+ year of experience in a related role.High school diploma or equivalent.Pay Range$20.31 – $27.09 hourly. This range represents the base pay estimate for the position at the time of posting.
