We're looking for an organized and driven Production Coordinator to help keep our animation and VFX projects running smoothly. You'll work alongside Production Managers, Supervisors, and department leads to manage schedules, resources, and team communications across all stages of production.Responsibilities Schedule projects and allocate resources to ensure deadlines are metTrack team quotas, daily reports, and project progress against targetsManage leave requests, administrative compliance, and time tracking for the teamCoordinate with department leads to identify and resolve production bottlenecksCommunicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholdersSupport team morale and help resolve interpersonal concerns constructivelyQualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or production managementBackground in animation, VFX, or a creative production environment preferredStrong organisational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsBachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldNice to Have Experience with project tracking software (ShotGrid, Ftrack, or similar)Ability to prepare bids, quotes, and production estimatesInterested?
