Madison Magazine is seeking an organized and detail-oriented production coordinator to join our award-winning team. This is a part time role, offering 20 hours per week, estimated. This role's primary objective will be to keep all elements of the print magazine product — including editorial articles, advertorial inserts, print ads and special projects — moving forward to ensure all deliverables reach the printer on time. The production coordinator will work between editorial, design, sales and marketing departments and be the point person for all communications with the printer and other magazine vendors.What You'll DoManage the production flow of all print magazine assets, including editorial, advertorial, print ads, and special projectsCoordinate across stakeholders in editorial, design, sales and marketing to ensure deliverables are finalized on timeCompile reports for printer, newsstand consultant, circulation auditors and other vendorsContribute to audience, circulation, and customer service dutiesSupport all-hands-on deck projects at the magazine, including events, Best of Madison and other promotionsWhat You'll BringExperience1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager is preferredSkillsAbility to balance several projects at one time and effectively meet multiple deadlines a monthStrong critical thinking skills and professional approach to communication with coworkers and outside sources/stakeholdersAdvanced proficiency managing timelines and deadlines with calendars, spreadsheets, and other planning mechanismsMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of print production workflows and commercial printing processesBackground in managing magazine circulation and audience developmentExperience with content management systems (CMS) and web publishingFamiliarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)What Madison Magazine OffersThis is a part time position, offering 20 hours per week.We are a small team of talented and creative professionals working together in a highly collaborative environment.We are a dynamic, progressive, family-owned business that values our employees, culture, and community.Benefits include 401(k), EAP, and paid company holidaysWe are an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
