Our client, a Washington, DC-based organization, is seeking a
Procurement Systems & Vendor Management Coordinator to support the implementation and administration of a new procurement platform,
Tradogram. This role will assist in building a centralized procurement function, supporting system configuration, vendor onboarding, contract management, and end-user training.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end implementation of Tradogram procurement software
- Assist with system configuration, user roles, permissions, and approval workflows
- Maintain vendor records, contracts, W-9s, COIs, and procurement documentation
- Support vendor onboarding and compliance tracking
- Assist with contract uploads, renewals, and expiration monitoring
- Support purchase request and purchase order workflows
- Assist with budget setup and alignment within the procurement system
- Monitor purchasing activity for policy adherence and completeness
- Generate basic spend and procurement reports
- Provide first-level support for system users and procurement inquiries
- Assist with documentation, SOP development, and training materials
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience (4+ years)
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, operations, or systems implementation
- Experience with procurement or financial systems (ERP or procurement software required)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in evolving, process-driven environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
Preferred:- Experience with Tradogram or similar procurement platforms
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, or internal controls
