Prinect Color Specialist

Location: Marietta, GA Pay: $85,000–$100,000 (DOE) Schedule: Onsite Daily (frequent travel to customer sites throughout the United States is required)

The Prinect Color Specialist provides color management consulting, implementation, training, and technical support for Prinect Production and Sheetfed customers. This role helps customers optimize color workflows, improve print consistency, and maximize the performance of color management solutions.

What you get to do:

  • Deliver on-site training for press calibration, proofing systems, device calibration, and color workflows.
  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Prinect color management solutions.
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve workflow, print quality, and software issues.
  • Support customer escalations, software enhancements, and product improvements.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices.
  • Document customer activities, project progress, and service recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales and Project Management to evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct workflow audits to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance color performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer support.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong knowledge of color theory and color management.
  • Experience with print production workflows, including prepress, pressroom, postpress, and CtP.
  • Experience delivering technical training and customer support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and build strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Prinect Color Toolbox and color management solutions.
  • Experience implementing commercial printing color workflows.
  • Experience with a printing technology or workflow software provider.
  • Degree or certification in Print Management, Graphic Communications, or a related field.
