Kemps is looking for a Pricing Coordinator to support our National Sales team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate customer pricing, product data, and system integrity across the business. You'll support day-to-day pricing operations by maintaining price lists, managing data across internal and customer platforms, and resolving pricing and invoicing issues. Working closely with Sales, Finance, EDI, vendors, and customers, you'll help drive pricing accuracy, support reporting and accounts receivable research, and deliver responsive customer service while ensuring compliance with pricing agreements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, calculate, and distribute customer-specific price lists, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Maintain and update pricing worksheets, including adding new items and managing product changes or replacements
Update and manage customer pricing portals to ensure all pricing information is current and aligned with contractual agreements
Audit pricing data across systems and customer portals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved pricing agreements
Maintain product data within item management systems, including uploading images, creating and editing product usage descriptions, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of item information
Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support reporting and analysis, including volume trends, pricing analysis, promotional planning, and ad hoc reporting
Collect and analyze customer feedback and insights related to pricing to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, EDI support teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate invoice processing
Assist with Accounts Receivable research by analyzing pricing discrepancies and supporting the resolution of billing issues
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to pricing, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service
Maintain accurate documentation of pricing updates, customer agreements, and issue resolution activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between pricing, invoicing, and customer expectations

Education and Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in pricing, data management, finance, or a related role
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis and reporting functions)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and directly with customers
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to read, write and speak English
