Prep Cook/Server - La Jolla, CA

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced full-time Prep Cook/Server to join our team at a beautiful private school in La Jolla, CA. At SAGE, food and people come first. Our culinary teams collaborate to provide safe, healthy, and diverse meals tailored to each community's tastes and preferences. The ideal candidate will bring strong knife skills, a passion for food preparation, and the ability to assist with catering functions and special events, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.

Position starts August 17th

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Occasional catering events

Pay Type:

$21.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.

Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
