Prep Cook

Prepare fresh ingredients for daily meal service using strong knife skills. Wash, chop, slice, and portion fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. Assist with scratch cooking and daily meal production. Set up and stock prep stations for a smooth, efficient service. Follow recipes, production sheets, and food safety standards. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for the next service. Support the culinary team with additional prep and kitchen tasks as needed.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6 a.m.- 2 p.m. Additional hours may be available for events, with advanced notice given.

Pay Type: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly Time Commitment: Full Time

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
