Position Overview

The Whistling Kettleis looking for a reliable, detail‑orientedPrep Cook / Dishwasherto join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in consistent, quality prep work, we'd love to meet you.

If you enjoy working behind the scenes, take pride in consistency, and want to grow in a supportive culinary environment, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes

• Assist with sauces and batch cooking

• Maintain clean, organized prep and storage areas

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Support line cooks during busy periods

• Process and clean dishes

What We're Looking For

• Prep or kitchen experience preferred (we'll train motivated candidates)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Team‑oriented and dependable

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
