Summary: The Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the technologylandscape that underpins our core financial processes. This role partners closely with FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver scalable and standardized solutions across reporting, planning and consolidation platforms. As an early-stage member of the FP&A Center of Excellence, the Business Analyst helps with data consistency, analytical rigor, and decision support to deliver timely, actionable insights.
Essential Functions:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Systems. Hands-on experience with: SAP SAC-P (planning models, data actions, stories) SAP Group Reporting (configuration / data collection / translation / elimination / reporting ) Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development) Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, FP&A processes and financial data structures. Experience supporting FP&A Centers of Excellence or shared services models. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
