Job Title: Permitting Specialist
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: 777 Main Street - Downtown Fort Worth
Work Schedule: 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00 (1 hour lunch break)

Job Description:
Project management of the permitting process from start to finish.
Management of incoming permitting requests, keeping them organized and on track.
Works with other groups to obtain necessary documentation and information needed to complete a permit request.
Provides status updates and reporting to other work groups as to status of various permitting requests.
Submits the permit requests to the required entities and sees the submittal through completion.
Becomes a valuable point of contact between Oncor and various permitting entities.
Works with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy, motivated, and able to gain respect and confidence of others in work group.
Promote and exhibit corporate citizenship.
Experience Requirements:
1-2 years related permitting or project management experience.
Knowledge of real estate industries practices, procedures and documents.
Knowledge of the electrical utility industry desired.
Proven customer service and communication skills.
Proven team-building and organization skills.
