Analyze, process, review, modify, and document payroll transactions related to employee wages, deductions, and tax withholdings, including employee transfers, employee status changes and terminations. Collaborate with payroll analysts and cross-functional teams to track, validate, and explain payroll adjustments and payments.

We are seeking a professional Payroll Analyst in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of payroll experience.

Job Description:

• Analyze, process, review, modify, and document payroll transactions related to employee wages, deductions, and tax withholdings, including employee transfers, employee status changes and terminations
• Review and audit payroll reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
• Collaborate with payroll analysts and cross-functional teams to track, validate, and explain payroll adjustments and payments
• Conduct troubleshooting, research, and intermediate-level analysis to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries
• Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with HRIS management systems
• Strong MS Office Suites experience (including Excel)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• 100% ONSITE

Compensation & Benefits :

• $55,000 - $65,000
