ABOUT THE ROLE
Weāre looking for a rockstar Patient Care Coordinator to join our Dublin clinic.
This role is the heartbeat of our front office and plays a huge part in our patient experience.
WHAT YOUāLL DO
Patient Care & Coordination
ā¢ Greet patients warmly and professionally
Ā ā¢ Schedule appointments & collect co-pays
Ā ā¢ Help ensure every patient receives excellent care
Patient Flow & Scheduling
ā¢ Manage daily schedules
Ā ā¢ Track appointments to reduce cancellations and improve efficiency
EMR & Billing Support
ā¢ Work within EMR systems
Ā ā¢ Assist with insurance billing & Georgia state contracts
Ā ā¢ Ensure accuracy and compliance
Marketing & Community Outreach
ā¢ Help with patient engagement events
Ā ā¢ Participate in quarterly workshops (1 evening or Saturday per quarter)
