Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines to manufacture aerospace parts and assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
Perform machining tasks such as milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, and deburring.
Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor product quality and follow safety, OSHA, and FOD requirements.
Perform basic machine maintenance including coolant, lubrication, and filter checks.
Move materials/products within the work area and support production flow.
Assist with training team members and support continuous manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under ITAR regulations).
High School Diploma/GED or WorkKeys Assessment completion.
Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience.
Basic machine operation and blueprint-reading skills.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety, and quality standards.
Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform basic shop math.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
