The Fulfillment Specialist is the front line, the hub, of the Peterglenn.com order fulfillment team. The role primarily deals with locating, pulling, packing, and shipping internet orders that are assigned to the store for fulfillment. Accuracy, comfort with deadline pressure, and the ability to maintain ongoing interactions with store customers, coworkers, and the customer service personnel are keys to this position.Locate merchandise from the sales floor for internet ordersPackage internet orders being shipped according to goalResolve open/unshipped ordersCoordinate with customer service to resolve out-of-stocks and unshipped itemsComplete inter-store transfer requestsWork with customer service staff to resolve customer order issuesExtra duties, as assignedExperience with fulfillment, administrative, or similar systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to be on your feet for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 20lbsAvailable to work evenings and weekendsCandidates must be computer literateMust be able to read, write and communicate in EnglishExperience with shipping software is helpfulMust be detail-oriented and able to multi-taskMust have a customer-oriented attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environmentBENEFITSBenefits include a fun team environment, competitive pay, and 401K.
