Works and collaborates with cross-functional (internal and external) teams to plan, organize, and execute strategic merchandising initiatives that contribute to millions of dollars in annual sales opportunities. Assists with the deployment of tests and learns to help identify future merchandising opportunities, driving innovation and supporting continued business growth.

Job Details

• Manages key cross-functional and strategic projects for merchandising to deliver significant value for the company; works throughout the organization to define, deliver, and measure project results. Provides project management, analytics, and measurement to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are achieved. (50%)
• Gathers and interprets critical project data (POGs, Fixtures, Items, Labor, etc.) to identify key project elements while recommending changes that optimize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize risk. (20%)
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely responses and deliver solutions during the rollout and implementation process; maintains and provides weekly/monthly project status updates to management. (20%)
• Leads travel initiative projects during implementation to ensure vendor compliance, execution excellence, and operational accuracy. (10%)

• Ability to organize, prioritize, be detail-oriented and be a self-starter
• Ability to proactively anticipate problems and identify appropriate actions/solutions to meet deadlines in a
• fast-paced environment
• Ability to partner, coordinate, and delegate to all levels of management
• Ability to prioritize projects based on solution impact, time to implement, and/or direction from leadership
• Proven skills in merchandising, space planning, supply chain and retail concepts and activities
• Ability to lead multiple priorities and projects
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to summarize information for specific
• projects/teams
• Ability to create and execute an implementation plan for rollout to network
• A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software required and experience with project
• management/reporting tools preferred

Bachelor's degree required and/or a minimum of 4+ years project management experience across multiple

projects, preferably within a retail or construction environment..
