We are seeking an Office/Sales Assistant to join our team! Your responsibilities would involve the following.
Responsibilities for Office/Sales Assistant
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Provide information about products.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory including receiving and restocking of new shipments.
- You would be required to take down, prepare and package, and ship out customer orders.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Qualifications for Office/Sales Assistant
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Must be attentive to customer’s needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs, and Power Point.
- Work well with others and be a team player.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Ability to manage schedules and inventory.
- Great communication skills.
- Have a valid driver's license.
