    ERx Clinical Partners is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at North Valley Hospital, a critical access hospital in beautiful North Central Washington.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an APP looking for a manageable patient census, schedule flexibility, and the chance to practice in a supportive rural hospital setting.

    Practice Highlights

    • Average Daily Census of approximately 9 patients
    • Active swing-bed program
    • No ICU responsibilities
    • High-acuity patients transferred to higher levels of care
    • 10-hour daytime shifts
    • Block scheduling of 5-7 consecutive days
    • Opportunity to assist in the Emergency Department as volumes and inpatient census allow
    • Annual ED volume of approximately 5,300 visits
    • Hospital EMR: CPSI
    • Emergency Department EMR: EPD
    We cover malpractice insurance and travel. Our providers work as independent contractors giving them work/life balance and added tax benefits.

    Requirements

    Provider Requirements:

    • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience preferred
    • Comfortable practicing in a critical access hospital environment
    • Eligible for Washington license
    • Current ACLS. BLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
