BG Staffing is seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Sleepy Hollow, NY. As the face of the community, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.
️ Schedule
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekends: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- (Flexible scheduling may apply based on community needs)
What You'll Do
- Greet prospective residents and provide professional community tours
- Showcase apartment homes and highlight features, amenities, and benefits
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
- Process lease applications and assist with leasing paperwork
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, and community offerings
- Support resident retention through excellent customer service
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and energizing personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
