Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

️ Schedule may shift to Tuesday-Saturday starting mid-June

MUST HAVE APARTMENT EXPERIENCE + APPFOLIO SKILLS

BG Staffing is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant who knows AppFolio inside and out and thrives in a fast-paced apartment community environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Tour prospects and close leases with confidence
  • Work daily in AppFolio (applications, guest cards, follow-ups)
  • Handle resident communication with professionalism
  • Maintain strong occupancy & customer satisfaction
  • Keep the leasing office energized and organized

What You Bring:

AppFolio experience (REQUIRED)

Prior apartment leasing experience

Strong sales + customer service skills

Professional, upbeat attitude

Flexibility for upcoming schedule change
