Job Title: .Net Technical Lead
Location:Raleigh, NC (Onsite)
Length of Assignment: 1 year w/ extension
Type: Contract (W2)
Rate:$45/hr

Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, C#, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and drive project delivery.
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Review application designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Drive cloud adoption and application deployment activities using Microsoft Azure services.
- Analyse and resolve complex production issues, ensuring application stability, performance, and reliability.
- Mentor offshore and onsite team members, provide technical guidance, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful project execution and timely releases.

Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software development using ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Framework.
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v13-v16), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web application development.
- Expertise in SQL Server including database design, stored procedures, query optimisation, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure authentication/authorisation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, cloud deployments, application monitoring, and production support.
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive technical discussions and solution design.
- Experience leading development activities, performing code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills with experience working in global delivery environments
