.Net Technical Lead - Onsite

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed system design
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT) and Generative AI systems
• Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI, and prompt engineering techniques
• Strong proficiency in .NET and backend system development
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery
• Experience with spec-driven development and enterprise-grade system design

• Application: Angular, .Net, .Net Core (Good to Have Python, FastAPI)
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Architecture: Microservices, API orchestration, scalable system design
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, AWS
• AI / GenAI: Claude API, MCP, LLMs (Claude, GPT, open source)
