.NET Technical Lead

• Work with Customer stakeholders to define application, technical and non-functional requirements
• Perform architectural assessments to ensure appropriate standards adoption and compliance with enterprise architectural standards in the areas of technology selection, middleware, protocols, design patterns and creating documentation.
• Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, information security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
• Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and information security.
• Troubleshoot, debug and solve technology integration and performance problems. Analyze solutions based on overall system architecture.
• Collaborate continuously with the development and deployment teams to transition the knowledge and review the deliverables throughout the SDLC.
• Experience in developing and deploying .NET apps on cloud environments like Azure
• Architect and own Solutions for Complex problem statements
• Develop Proof of Concepts extending to pilots in areas where Solution definition needs to be formalized
• Creating Business case for adoption of newer technology streams with defined ROI
• Identifying investments for Platform Roadmap YoY basis
• Participate in peer review discussions on design and Solution fitments
• Identify fast learners and mentor individuals from a career growth standpoint

Skills -

• Should be TOGAF certified
• Should have 15+ years of Strong Industry experience with focus on Microsoft technologies
• Should have invested in Industry Certifications for Self-learning
• Expert knowledge of working on MS Azure
• Open to learn, invest and adopt newer technologies
