.NET / Power Platform Developer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Design and develop user interfaces using Angular 18 and/or Blazor.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using C#, Visual Studio 2022, and SQL Server/SSMS.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows, Dataverse solutions, and Canvas Apps.
• Design application architecture and technical workflows in collaboration with Business Analysts and development teams.
• Develop and maintain Web APIs using .NET Core, including RESTful APIs.
• Design and maintain database schemas, SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Utilize Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
• Develop front-end functionality using TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
• Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests for APIs and front-end applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and defects.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience developing applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET Framework.
• Hands-on experience with C# and Visual Studio 2022.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SSMS, database schemas, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
• Experience designing and implementing Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dataverse, and Canvas Apps.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and data models.
• Experience developing RESTful Web APIs using .NET Core.
• Strong front-end development experience with Angular 18 and/or Blazor.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
• Experience developing unit and integration tests.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and scalable solution design.

• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools, and applications.
• Maintain working knowledge of Help Desk and IT Operations procedures.
• Log all incoming problems and service requests, including actions taken to resolve them.
• Provide first-response Help Desk support to customers and users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and fulfill user requests whenever possible.
• Provide assistance with site support and project-specific assignments.
• Provide support for Client business applications.
• Provide follow-up status updates to end users in accordance with established support policies and procedures.
• Ensure closed problems and service requests are adequately documented.
• Identify the root cause of issues and perform the appropriate troubleshooting and resolution steps.
• Follow established IT policies, procedures, standards, and information systems goals.

• Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework. Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design, entity framework, schema design, stored procedures, SSRS
• Experience with evolving UI technologies starting from HTML, Typescript, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Blazor, react
• Experience with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools. Proficiency in writing unit tests using nUnit framework.
• Strong Architecture design skills for implementing project from scratch. Must reflect this in the last 3 years of exp
• SSIS Packages, cron jobs, schedulers, background jobs maintenance
• Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS, Blazor
• Experience with MS Power Platform: Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Familiarity with Dynatrace, Windows Server troubleshooting, event logs for performance monitoring
