Experience
- 12-14+ years of overall IT experience
- Proven experience working as a Technical Lead / Lead Developer
- Strong experience leading development teams and delivering multiple projects
Technical Skills - Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core
- Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET
- Good hands-on experience with Angular
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience designing and developing scalable web applications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and Web Services
- Experience with SQL Server / relational databases
- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Experience with Git and version control
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using .NET, Angular, and AWS
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design and develop APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications
- Work with AWS services for application deployment, integration, and scalability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business teams, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior and senior developers and support technical decision-making
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and performance standards
