5 to 10 years of software development experience with extensive hands-on expertise in the .NET framework.
Core Focus: Software design| technical team leadership| code quality enforcement| and strategic delivery.
Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Lead high-level design| write technical specifications| and architect scalable| high-performance distributed systems. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide| mentor| and upskill junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical direction. Hands-on Development: Write robust code using C#| .NET Core| and related web technologies| alongside performance tuning and refactoring.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and estimate project scopes alongside product owners and clients.
