.NET / Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced .NET / Full Stack Developer to help build development standards and ensure a robust, flexible engineering team across all projects. This role supports a diverse technology environment, including custom applications, integration platforms, and enterprise systems, while helping shape the future technical direction of our development practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement MuleSoft APIs across the organization
• Support existing Dynamics 365 applications
• Support existing custom applications built with a mixture of .NET, Java, and other technologies
• Support electronic transfer/data pipeline processes (ETPL) across multiple applications and the Dynamics environment
• Support various database technologies used across internal systems
• Help design and implement new systems to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain, support, and implement Azure WebJobs, MuleSoft, and Talend for data transfer across solutions
• Proactively research and evaluate new technologies, systems, and design patterns
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, other IT teams, and partner organizations to define and enhance new solutions
• Enhance existing applications within an Agile environment
• Bring a strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills to the role
• Communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to building a structured, high-performing development team

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a .NET or full stack developer
• 2+ years of strong experience with MuleSoft
• 2+ years of experience with ASP.NET/MVC, .NET 9.0
• 2+ years of experience with C#
• 2+ years of experience with SQL
• 2+ years of experience with Azure
• 2+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies
• 2+ years of experience with Java/Spring Framework

Highly Desired:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer/Expert (MCSD/MCSE) certification
• Cloud certification(s) (Azure, AWS, or equivalent)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI technologies/tools
