- Willingness to work in a support project and work closely with the business in identifying solution requirements and key case studies/scenarios for the future solution.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Web API, and WCF
- Demonstrated experience with Web API and WCF design and management
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and SQL
- Ability to provide support outside standard work hours, including occasional weekend production calls, when required
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment
- Work with a team that develops smart and scalable solutions and provide a solid experience for our users
- Understand performance issues and approaches to address them systematically
- Creating end to end architecture along with the deployment strategy.
- Coordinate across distributed teams to deliver solutions effectively
- Taking End to End delivery ownership
- As Production support person should responsible monitor and trouble shoot all kinds of issue - meeting all the service agreement SLAs and KPIs
- Must have worked on Development and Support (L2 & L3) project with Onsite-Offshore model
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent and clear communication skills.
Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year
