Project Description: Build business facing and internal technical features using .NET Core, Terraform, and AWS services that leverage data from the Workday platform using RaaS (Reports as a Service) and SOAP/REST API endpoints. These will be direct integrations between Workday and 3rd-party platforms as well as other business partner imernal teams within Clayton. This person will need to have extensive .NET knowledge (experience within the Workday platform is a plus, but not necessarily required), as well as an understanding of Terraform, cloud hosting technologies, and containerization.
Must Have Skills:
1. Extensive .NET knowledge .NET Core / C# hands-on, production-grade.
2. Terraform real infrastructure-as-code delivery, not tutorial-level.
3. AWS services cloud hosting technologies (EC2/ECS/Lambda/API Gateway or equivalents).
4. Containerization Docker and container-based deployment.
5. Building business-facing AND internal technical features end to end (UI/API/integration layers).
6. SOAP and REST API integration experience (designing/consuming enterprise APIs).
Plus: prior consulting/contracting experience; available near-term.
Nice to have: Workday platform experience (RaaS, Workday integrations not required, but a strong plus); retail/housing-industry background.
