Location: Mechanicsburg, PA 17050
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 60% Onsite / 40% Remote; in the office Tue/Wed/Thur. Monday and Friday are remote. Local or willing to relocate candidates only

Role Overview

A .NET Developer is responsible for designing, tailoring, and developing software applications using the .NET framework. They work closely with project managers and other developers to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain .NET applications.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
• Improve existing software.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Required Technical Skills

• Develop and maintain .NET applications.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.

• Improve existing software.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
• Proficiency in .NET languages (e.g., C#, VB.NET).
• Strong understanding of the .NET framework.
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• 2+ years of experience in .NET development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
