Location: within 50 miles of Houston, TX - 4 days on site mandatory in a week
Pay Range: $65-$70/Hr.

Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Developer with strong experience in C#/.NET application development, Client SQL Server, and IIS administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications while leveraging modern DevOps practices and automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git. This role requires a hands-on developer who can collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core / .NET 6, Entity Framework, and REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Client SQL Server, including T-SQL and Stored Procedures.
- Experience hosting and supporting applications in IIS.
- Experience with version control systems: Git and Bitbucket.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Experience with infrastructure and deployment automation using Ansible.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Experience with SSIS and SSRS.
- Experience supporting financial services, energy, or enterprise business applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
