Responsibilities will include supporting existing desktop/client-server applications, developing modern Blazor web applications , troubleshooting production issues, integrating applications with APIs and SQL Server databases, and participating in application modernization efforts. They should be comfortable moving between C#, VB.NET , Blazor, WPF/Windows Forms, APIs, and SQL Server and should have experience both developing applications and supporting/troubleshooting existing production systems.

We are seeking two Senior .NET Full-Stack Application Developers for contract-to-hire opportunities. These are hands-on development and application support positions requiring candidates who can work across both legacy Microsoft desktop/client-server applications and modern web applications.

The ideal candidate is not narrowly specialized in one area. We need well-rounded senior developers who can troubleshoot and develop across the UI, application, API/service, and database layers, while supporting existing applications and contributing to modernization efforts.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong professional experience with C# and .NET/.NET Framework
• Microsoft Blazor strong hands-on experience
• Working proficiency with VB.NET; candidate must be comfortable maintaining/enhancing existing VB.NET applications
• WPF and/or Windows Forms
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience
• WCF and RESTful APIs/web services
• Git and/or TFS/Azure DevOps source control
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strong application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

What They Will Be Doing

The developers will design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise applications across the Microsoft .NET stack. Responsibilities will include supporting existing desktop/client-server applications, developing modern Blazor web applications, troubleshooting production issues, integrating applications with APIs and SQL Server databases, and participating in application modernization efforts.

Candidates should be able to independently investigate an application issue across multiple layers, determine the root cause, and implement a sustainable solution rather than simply applying a temporary fix.

Blazor should be treated as a key requirement, along with strong C#/.NET and SQL Server experience. Do not overlook the VB.NET and legacy desktop application experience, as the environment requires someone who can support existing applications while helping modernize them.
