Job Summary Senior .NET Full-Stack Application Developer
- Position Type: hands-on development and application support role
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET stack
- Work on both desktop/client-server (WPF, Windows Forms, VB.NET, C#) and modern web applications (Blazor)
- Analyze and enhance existing applications with minimal business disruption
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and database issues
- Participate in application modernization, migrating legacy desktop features to web-based solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Perform code reviews and contribute to coding standards and architectural decisions
- Develop scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable solutions in line with enterprise standards
- Web Application Development:
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly Blazor web interfaces
- Integrate web applications with enterprise systems, databases, and web services
- Apply web development best practices, including security, accessibility, and performance optimization
- Desktop/Client-Server Development:
- Develop, maintain, and support WPF and Windows Forms applications
- Enhance and troubleshoot legacy client-server applications and integrations
- .NET Programming:
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable C# and VB.NET code following OOP and design principles
- Implement exception handling, logging, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming
- Web Services & API Development:
- Develop and integrate WCF and RESTful APIs
- Troubleshoot API/service issues involving authentication, connectivity, and serialization
- Database Development:
- Design and develop SQL Server databases, complex queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Integrate applications with databases and optimize performance
- DevOps & CI/CD:
- Use CI/CD pipelines, automated build, deployment, and release management tools (Git, TFS, Azure DevOps)
- Troubleshoot build/deployment issues and manage code across environments
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work effectively within a collaborative, empowered team culture
- Mentor others, share knowledge, and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
- Problem-Solving & Support:
- Diagnose issues across UI, application, API, and database layers
- Deliver sustainable solutions and document findings/solutions
- Proactively recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues

- Take initiative and responsibility for assigned work, from requirements through production support
- Deliver high-quality solutions and meet deadlines
