    Deep understanding of Healthcare IT systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
    Experience collaborating with radiologists, clinical teams, and healthcare vendors
    Technical Skills:
    • .NET Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications
    • Infrastructure Migration: Hands-on experience in planning and executing server, database, and application migrations across environments (on-prem to cloud or hybrid)
    • Application Support: Installation, upgrades, patch deployments, and troubleshooting across test, staging, and production environments
    • Infra Knowledge: Strong understanding of servers, databases (SQL Server, etc.), networks, SSL certificates, system upgrades, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
    • Monitoring & Performance: Proactive monitoring of system performance, availability, and reliability
