    WITRON is seeking an Apprenticeship Coordinator to oversee the daily administration and success of the national apprenticeship program. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company, partner schools, apprentices, mentors, and site leadership, coordinating program activities, managing compliance requirements, registering and maintaining programs with the Department of Labor (DOL), and ensuring adherence to apprenticeship standards, work processes, related instruction, wage progression, and completion requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for schools, students, and on-site managers.Prepare, submit, and maintain all registered apprenticeship paperwork.Coordinate with schools to align classroom curricula with on-site practical training.Monitor apprentice hours, competencies, and wage progression schedules.Support internal mentors and supervisors to ensure high-quality on-the-job training.Maintain accurate records of completion rates, retention, budgets, and program metrics for audits.Coordinate and execute school career trade shows.Required Skills & AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employers, apprentices, and educational institutions.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Knowledge of apprenticeship programs, workforce development, and Department of Labor (DOL) preferred.Proactive communication between schools and Human Resources.Education & Experience2+ years in workforce development or education administration.Experience working with educational institutions, workforce development agencies, or government programs.Physical RequirementsUp to 20% travel required.BenefitsInnovative Environment: Be at the forefront of technology with WITRON's advanced automated material handling system.Continuous Growth: Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement with ample opportunities for career development and advancement.Competitive Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits including Basic Life, Dependent Life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Insurance, 401(k) match, Dental, Vision, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness Insurance, and more.WITRON is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, Race/ Color/Religion/Sex/Disabled/Veteran/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
