The Associated National Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across national and regional retailers in home center, mass, farm, and club channels.

This role focuses on expanding SENIX's presence from online into brick-and-mortar retail through promotions, test stores, and full-chain distribution. The position serves as the primary sales owner for assigned accounts, working closely with both online and offline merchant teams.

The role partners cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to execute growth strategies and deliver profitable long-term sales aligned with company goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth across existing and new retail accounts
• Expand distribution from online to in-store channels
• Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders
• Manage new item listings, product line reviews, and assortment planning
• Analyze POS data, sales trends, and inventory performance
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotions and new product ideas
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates
• Represent the company at customer meetings, product line review, trade shows, and events
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the channel

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 5+ years of sales/marketing experience (power tools, outdoor power equipment, or hardline preferred)
• 3+ years calling on major retailers such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, or similar accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes, forecasting, and merchandising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel up to 25% (including occasional international travel)

Work Environment:

This position requires an employee to work in a variety of locations including, but not limited to corporate office, home office, job sites, retailers, and distributor locations. Not all these environments are not controlled by YAT. The position is a Hybrid role with 1 day of remote/home office work allowed after your first 60 days.
