    What You'll Do:

    • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
    • Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
    • Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and functional mobility activities.
    • Administer treatments including therapeutic exercise and approved physical modalities.
    • Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
    • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
    • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and proper use of assistive devices.
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
    • Current PTA license in the state of Tennessee.
    • Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
    • Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting.
